This individual will work closely with leaders in our finance, sales, and operations organizations to lead the annual/long-range planning processes and measure monetization strategies. This lead will gather deep data insights to identify opportunities and drive decision making. This role is a high impact, high visibility role within the organization.If you’re excited about leading the planning process for one of the largest growth programs at LinkedIn, have expertise in data-driven decision making, and want to be part of a company that is redefining how professionals succeed, LinkedIn would love to talk to you.Be part of a collaborative, world class team that uses pricing as a strategic lever to drive sustainable monetization growth globally for LinkedIn Talent Solutions.Responsibilities:• Build and maintain financial models for annual and long-range planning process• Identify opportunities to accelerate penetration, generate sustainable growth and enable strategic outcomes via monetization strategy• Refresh analytical models to size potential future opportunities and evaluate impact of existing GTM initiatives• Contribute to process improvements and scaled performance in planning and reporting• Partner on forecasting models and updates to Monetization leadership and Sales leadership• Build productive relationships and feedback loops with Sales Operations, Finance, Sales and Insight teams• Conduct hypothesis-driven analysesQualificationsBasic Qualifications• 2+ years in finance, pricing, sales operations, management consulting, or other analytical role•  BA/BS degree in economics, management science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics, accounting, engineering or related field• 2+ years of experience with Excel and data analysisPreferred Qualifications• Professional experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to see beyond the numbers, preferably in enterprise software or digital marketing• Proficiency with data analysis and/or visualizations—including directing work in Excel (able to perform tasks with Vlookups, Xlookups, macros, etc.), SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI• Creative problem-solver who loves to tackle complex challenges in a collaborative team environment• Strong communication skills via storytelling and giving presentations to drive decisions with senior management• Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners• Experience working with and serving as a trusted advisor to sales leadersSuggested Skills:• SQL• Microsoft Excel• Stakeholder ManagementLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The pay range for this role is $89,000 to $132,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
