You will be responsible for driving the growth of our marketplace by creating compelling buyer & seller experiences, enhancing platform engagement, and utilizing data-driven insights to continuously grow the marketplace.As a Product Manager for our services marketplace, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product strategy, defining the roadmap, and driving the execution that grow our marketplace. You’ll work across the company with other product teams, and closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to bring a world-class experience for both service providers and customers - connecting them to opportunity.Key Responsibilities:• Product Strategy: Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the services marketplace, aligning with overall business goals and customer needs.• Market Research: Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities, pain points, and trends that will inform product decisions.• Feature Development: Define, prioritize, and execute features and improvements that drive engagement, conversion, and satisfaction among users.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery.• User Experience: Advocate for an exceptional user experience, balancing customer needs with business objectives.• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, identify insights, and inform future product iterations.• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate product vision, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to ensure our marketplace remains a leader in the space.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:• 3+ years of product management experience• BS/BA degree or equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications:• Product management experience in a marketplace, social media, or e-commerce environment.• An MBA Degree or an equivalent amount of experience.• An ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas with technical team members.• Strong empathy for users and a passion for solving their problems through innovative product solutions.• Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or similar.• Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and clearly.• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development from ideation to launch.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a high degree of ambiguity.LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The pay range for this role is $123,000- $201,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
