Our GTM Operations organization is responsible for building and maintaining the operational foundation that enables our sales organization to run effectively and efficiently.
This GTM Operations Associate role will be focused on supporting sales teams across the North America Enterprise Technology segment within the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) organization. This is a unique Sales Operations role in an essential part of the business focused on driving revenue in one of the largest sales segments of LinkedIn’s Advertising business. This individual will act as an advisor to executives in the sales organization and is responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the business. This position offers a candidate with consulting, investment banking, finance, sales operations, business operations or analytics experience an exciting and high-profile opportunity to influence the trajectory of a significant portion of LinkedIn’s overall business.
Responsibilities:
Deliver strategic projects for our leadership team that provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives across the Enterprise Technology Media Segment
Conduct in-depth analysis of our various businesses and develop deep understanding of key value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities
Support North America forecasting, pipeline analysis, annual planning, and sales cadences; Act as an operational leader in actively managing forecasting and business performance
Track business performance trends, perform diagnostic and drive actionable resolutions, as well as proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Serve as the connective tissue of a cross-functional team (BizOps, Data Science, Systems & Tools, Finance, and Marketing organizations)
Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues
Improve our performance management muscle and reporting capabilities to diligently track OKRs and segment KPIs to both drive accountability across our leadership group and measure the ROI of our strategic initiatives
Manage operational dashboards to monitor business line performance and analyze business drivers
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in economics, math, data analytics, statistics, business, computer science, or related discipline, or relevant work experience
2+ years of work experience within one of the following disciplines: A Sales/Business Operations role within a technology company, Consulting, Finance/Banking, Data Analytics or related field.
1+ year(s) experience with SQL
2+ years experience with Excel, data set manipulation and visualization
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA Degree
2+ years working in the Media space
3+ years of experience working with sales teams in a Sales Strategy/Operations/GTM capacity
2+ years experience composing presentations for senior leaders
Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards with salesforce.com, Tableau, SQL or other relevant sales metric tools and programs
A motivator and experienced sales operations people Associate who has led teams through change. You have a track record of hiring, developing, and coaching successful teams.
Experience working on global / large scale program rollouts and execution
Experience in working with Tableau, SQL/Presto, Anaplan
Project management skills and ability to mobilize cross-functional teams towards common goals
Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior management
Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
Proactive and passionate: You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
High-energy, team-first attitude: You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
Highly analytical: You’re analytical, with experience decomposing and solving real world business problems, ideally building/using advanced models.
Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

The pay range for this role is $78,000-$126,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
