This means you can work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what's best for you and when it is important for your team to be together, or you can work remotely from most locations within the country listed for this role.We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in shaping LinkedIn’s roadmap through customer insights, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies. You will have the unique opportunity to impact our entire enterprise space— including Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Sales Solutions, and Learning Solutions.In this role, you will work closely with the product, engineering, sales, support, and marketing teams to develop and launch Business Hub—a centralized platform where customers can manage their relationship with LinkedIn. Business Hub aims to help customers maximize and demonstrate the value of their LinkedIn investments through contextual and automated insights and recommendations, ultimately driving retention and growth in a scalable way.Responsibilities• Understand and translate customer and employee needs into actionable insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.• Develop and articulate clear and impactful messaging, positioning, and core narratives for products, highlighting their benefits to customers and internal teams.• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, encompassing communication, enablement, and cross-functional alignment on approach and KPIs.• Develop and deliver enablement programs and resources to help both customers and employees effectively navigate and adapt to product changes and updates.QualificationsBasic Qualifications• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience• 7+ years of product marketing, product development or marketing experiencePreferred Qualifications• Proven track record of developing, executing and scaling high impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B solutions• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex content into a clear and cohesive story.• Ability to inspire, lead and align cross-functional teams• Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize time and resources based on business impact• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to influence and drive initiatives forwardSuggested Skills:• Influencing for impact• Go-to-market• Stakeholder Management and cross-functional collaboration• Sales trainingLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The pay range for this role is $121,000 to $188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
