Behavioral Designer
Lirio is looking for a Behavioral Designer with advanced education or professional experience in behavioral science disciplines to shape their Precision Nudging solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to create comprehensive message libraries that address and overcome barriers to healthcare behaviors.
Skills
- PhD in a behavioral science field required
- 3-5 years of related industry experience required
- Background in healthcare and digital health interventions preferred
- Familiarity with inferential statistics and behavioral research methods
- Experience with design thinking or human-centered design methods a plus
- Familiarity with web-based content management systems
Responsibilities
- Lead research efforts and literature reviews
- Support behavioral research projects and analysis
- Audit and review customer assets for actionable recommendations
- Participate in collaborative sessions to define intervention content
- Provide recommendations on creative assets based on behavioral science
- Review and refine solution content based on research and data
