This position can be based in our New York (NY) , Seattle (WA), Santa Monica, Mountain View or San Francisco (CA) offices.
Job Description:
You will work under the immediate supervision of our litigation attorneys and paralegals to assist with all aspects of the litigation process including discovery, motion work, court filings and trial preparation.

Prepare and organize motion, hearing, witness and trial binders.

Retrieve and organize case law and statutes into binders.

Upload and file documents into eRooms or other document management system.

Organize and label trial exhibits, including bates label documents to be produced.

Exemplary oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proactive and a demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Excel skills a plus.

Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from ABA-accredited program required.

The anticipated range for this position is:
$65,000 - $95,000
Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
