Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Highly-skilled and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat and Best Authority.

Extremely organized and detailed-oriented.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collegiality.

Ability to prioritize workload effectively and tackle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute.

Fully versed and knowledgeable on independently filing within the court’s ECF system (multiple venues and agencies), court rules, procedures and calendaring preferred.

Ability to work overtime due to case, project, or scheduling demands, and as needed for court filings.
The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of litigation support experience in law firm environment. Patent litigation and federal courts experience highly preferred.

The anticipated range for this position is:
$84,000 - $114,000
Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
