Responsibilities
Motivate the team to perform at their best
Open and close the store independently
Coach and support Sales Associates
Introduce and recommend products to customers
Handle in-store customer issues and questions
Process transactions accurately
Maintain a tidy and well-stocked sales floor
Assist in inventory intake and visual merchandising
Manage backstock and set up merchandise on the sales floor
Lead weekly and quarterly cycle counts
Provide product knowledge for each launch
