  • Partner with Finance to build and iterate event proformas, recommending dynamic pricing or yield‑management tactics

  • Partner with the Properties team to align hotel inventory management with box office operations, enabling seamless bundling of accommodations, tickets, and experience packages

Inventory Planning, Allocation, and Event Builds

  • Build and manage events on the Vibee platform

  • Build and manage seat maps and selection tools on partner API platforms

  • Facilitate and oversee the setup of events on partner platforms (Ticketmaster, Universe, AXS, etc), as and when required

Onsale & Presale Execution

  • Design, document, and enforce on sale “run‑of‑show” procedures—including queue configuration, verification steps, load‑testing, and contingency plans

  • Partner with Marketing & Communications to ensure accurate messaging, codes, and launch timelines across all presale segments

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

  • Build and own dashboards that surface and aggregate daily sales, velocity, and inventory health; provide actionable insights to leadership

  • Communicate with required artist and venue partners on ticket sales counts, open inventory, and returns

  • Provide timely allocations for sponsorship, marketing, artist/talent, and production needs; oversee audit trail for all transfers and comps

  • Partner with venue box offices on guest services, issues management, ticket sell-throughs, and all related ticketing tasks

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, hire, onboard and train various team members

  • Direct, mentor, and performance‑manage a team of Ticketing Managers and Coordinators (seasonal and full time); set OKRs and professional development plans

  • Champion SOP discipline, documentation, and continuous improvement across all ticketing workflows

Onsite Box Office & Guest Services

  • Scope staffing models, recruit and train temporary box‑office teams, as required, and supervise onsite ticketing operations (domestic & international)

  • Troubleshoot escalated guest issues in partnership with Fan Experience; ensure PCI compliance and accurate settlement reporting

Platform Expertise & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain expert‑level knowledge of Vibee’s proprietary sales platform and integrated third‑party ticketing systems

  • Collaborate with Platform Product & Engineering teams—prioritizing ticketing feature requests, testing releases, and flagging bugs—without direct responsibility for platform development
