We’re looking forsomeone who has experience wearing many hats – events, digital, partner marketing, email, social media, reporting. A person who is organized, can run meetings efficiently, and understands project management.An Individual who is looking to learn and grow in the demand generation space.Someone who can work autonomously, and who is proactive in bringing recommendations on how to solve problems.

What does success look like?
\n
Sales Pipeline Impact: contributing to a healthy sales pipeline and helping to meet or exceed revenue targets.
\n
Lead Quality: Success may be measured by the percentage of leads that convert into sales-qualified leads (SQLs) or opportunities.
\n
Conversion Rates: Tracking conversion rates at various stages of the sales funnel ( MQLto SQL, SQL to sale).
\n
Cost per Lead (CPL): Success can be measured by achieving a low CPL while maintaining lead quality.
\n
Responsibilities
\n
\n
Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns; high emphasis on digital inbound leads – PPC, Organic,
\n
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue
\n
Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts
\n
Project manage cross functional programs between marketing, product, and sales
\n
Develop and maintain relationships with partners and other stakeholders
\n
Collaborate with other departments, such as product and SDRs, to create cohesive demand generation efforts
\n
Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new techniques
\n
Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
\n
Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts
\n
Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue
\n
\n
Qualifications
\n
\n
3-5 years of experience in demand generation or a related field
\n
Experience with Marketo, Google Ad Words, GA4, Salesforce
\n
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
\n
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
\n
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
\n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
\n
Flexibility and adaptability to change
\n
