Strategic Marketing Content Writer

We’re looking for a superstar writer in our Marketing team – a storyteller by nature with a deep curiosity for the customer journey and experience, and a modern understanding of what kind of written content will actually make an impact.

The Purpose of Your Role

As a Content Marketing Writer, you will help to shape and increase the visibility of Liveop’s brand by creating high quality, informative, and compelling content that will be distributed across diverse marketing channels. This will involve magnifying the company's voice, technological expertise, and innovative spirit to strengthen brand loyalty and establish emotional connections with the target audience.

The Content Writer will be charged with leading the writing and overall creation of content for client growth, DEI strategy, also write for our internal communications needs. This position will also collaborate with members of the Client Results, Sales and Marketing team, as well as other teams, to best position the specific practices and client teams to be successful.

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to take complex content and make it readable/understandable to different audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in grammar, style, and editing, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, tone of voice, and the ability to maintain consistency.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and cross departmentally.
  • Proven record of interacting with leadership to develop presentations at all levels of the organization.

The Value You Deliver

  • Content Strategy and Creation: develop impactful, original, and persuasive content for internal and external audiences including, marketing materials, digital ads, email campaigns, blog posts, executive communication, white papers, case studies, landing pages, website content, and more.
  • Manage internal and external content calendars and development, distribution and promotion of content across platforms.
  • Creative Collaboration by working closely with cross functional teams and the marketing/social media team to bring concepts to life and create content that resonates with our target audience externally and our internal employee audience.
  • Interview customers, partners and internal SMEs to craft compelling stories on pain points and ROI that ultimately drive pipeline.
  • Draft copy and messaging for high-traffic webpages and campaign landing pages that will resonate with our target audience.
  • Provide copy editing / proofreading support for all written content organizationally.
  • Work with internal teams to Track content performance utilizing web analytics and surveys and optimize based on insights.
  • Take initiative in generating ideas and contributing editorial ideas for ongoing and pro-active content marketing deliverables.
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for internal and customer-facing uses.
  • Independently propose ideas on how to improve marketing content and internal processes.
