LivePerson is seeking a Solutions Consultant to support strategic accounts and drive customer transformation across Southeast Asia. This role requires a consultative mindset and expertise in Conversational AI.

Skills

Experience in Solution Consulting or Pre-Sales Engineering
Proficiency in English and Tagalog
Industry knowledge in digital transformation and AI technologies
Technical skills in web development and API integrations
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide Strategic Consulting to customers
Architect and Deliver Demonstrations of platforms
Partner with sales teams to strategize on opportunities
Offer Technical Expertise across business units
Conduct Competitive Intelligence on competitors
Collaborate on Proposal Development
Provide Educational Support and training

Education

BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
Self-taught and boot camp experiences valued
