Solutions/Sales Consultant

LivePerson is seeking a Solutions/Sales Consultant to support strategic accounts and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales Engineering with a focus on closing large Enterprise deals.

Skills

  • Experience in Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales Engineering
  • Ability to close large Enterprise deals
  • Strong public speaking and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of API concepts and Agile development workflows
  • Understanding of Cloud infrastructure
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sophisticated demonstrations around Liveperson's core messaging platform and key partner technologies
  • Develop strategies for winning opportunities
  • Architect new solutions and integrate products into customers' infrastructure
  • Provide technical expertise to various business units within LivePerson
  • Collaborate with team members on proposals and educational initiatives
  • Support customer conferences through demos and presentations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, AI or related field
  • Relevant boot camp or self-study experience
