Solutions/Sales Consultant

LivePerson is seeking a Solutions/Sales Consultant to support strategic accounts and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales Engineering with a focus on closing large Enterprise deals.

Skills

Experience in Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales Engineering
Ability to close large Enterprise deals
Strong public speaking and written communication skills
Knowledge of API concepts and Agile development workflows
Understanding of Cloud infrastructure
Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Responsibilities

Deliver sophisticated demonstrations around Liveperson's core messaging platform and key partner technologies
Develop strategies for winning opportunities
Architect new solutions and integrate products into customers' infrastructure
Provide technical expertise to various business units within LivePerson
Collaborate with team members on proposals and educational initiatives
Support customer conferences through demos and presentations

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, AI or related field
Relevant boot camp or self-study experience
