Overview: As the Sr. Director of Global Revenue Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in managing and building strategy for campaigns, events, and targeted marketing activities. You will leverage a strong industry and solutions orientation, informed by data and a keen understanding of the target audience. Your leadership skills will enable you to drive strategic initiatives across Product, Sales, and Marketing through horizontal influence.

You will: 

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Identify and develop strategic campaign opportunities, themes, and overarching brand messages on a quarterly basis, considering new product launches, market trends, vertical impacts, and revenue targets.
  • Product Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing to define campaigns that accurately reflect our product value, user/buyer personas, and competitive differentiation.
  • Customer Acquisition Strategy: Partner with Growth Marketing and Marketing Operations teams to influence and refine LivePerson's customer acquisition strategy and operational processes, ensuring delivery on MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue targets each quarter.
  • Team Management: Build, manage, and retain a high-performing team across all geographies, establishing clearly defined measurable goals and outputs.
  • Campaign Optimization: Centralize and optimize campaigns for efficient and effective delivery across all regions.
  • Business Rhythm Cultivation: Develop a rhythm of business that aligns campaign priorities with product launches, industry trends, and field needs each quarter.
  • Impact Measurement: Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of Field Marketing activities on sales pipeline and bookings.
  • Event Strategy Management: Streamline and strategically map out LivePerson's event strategy, leveraging conferences/trade shows, executive community events, and smaller, intimate events.
  • Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluate pipe-to-spend and acquisition costs, adjusting demand tactics, campaign investments, and strategy as needed.
  • Sales Collaboration: Ensure a highly productive relationship with Sales, fostering exemplary communication and aligning on campaign and target account strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Consider partners' and customers' interests in all field marketing activities and proactively engage relevant stakeholders.
  • Customer Advocacy: Oversee the Customer Advisory Board and Customer Advocacy program, maintaining a regular cadence of customer testimonials, speaking engagements, and case studies.
  • Customer Success Showcasing: Run engagement and advocacy programs to highlight customer success, sourcing stories for use in the website, PR, analysts, and sales presentations.
  • Regional Tailoring: Efficiently tailor campaigns to meet regional-specific needs and interests, including language, culture, competition, and partners.

You have:

  • Experience: 10+ years in marketing within the software industry and 7+ years of progressive management experience with a focus on leadership and engaging global and local stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Proven experience in building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the customer engagement, customer experience, and conversational AI space.
  • Integrated Campaign Support: Experience in supporting an integrated campaign approach involving sales, channel and services partners, strategic alliances, and technology ecosystems.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, business, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
  • Marketing Execution: Proven track record in developing, gaining buy-in for, and executing marketing plans in a fast-moving, technical environment.
  • Self-Direction: Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Credibility Building: Experience in building credibility with and delivering results for product teams, sales teams, and customers.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to translate complex technology concepts into simple, intuitive communications.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Benefits: 

The salary range for this role will be between $[190,000] to $[ 215,000]. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to your location, skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications. During the phone screening, your recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
