Overview 

livingHR often leverages consultants to work on a 1099 contract basis to help our team scale and support our rapidly growing business and niche client needs. We are currently interested in connecting with HR professionals to grow our network of consultants for future needs.  


Impact
  • Leverage data across people analytics, survey data, compensation data, and business financial data to provide insights and recommendations to internal and external clients through data storytelling
  • Execute strong project management skills and organization that informs accurate reporting and leads to overall healthy accounts​
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, including HR leaders, executives, and external vendors, to provide strategic guidance and drive consensus and alignment on compensation initiatives, job designs and organizational structure by conducting job evaluations and researching market data and trends
  • Conduct market research and analyze compensation data to ensure alignment with market, industry, and internal equity
  • Support creation of compensation material such as discussion guides, FAQs, salary planning workbooks, and philosophies for clients


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field​
  • 5+ years of Compensation experience, including: job evaluation processes, pay structures, job classification methodologies, compliance requirements, trends and developments in compensation, and benchmarking
  • Proven experience consulting with clients on compensation and/or HR solutions
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Strong analytical, math, and critical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated attributes to thrive in environments that reward self-initiative and resourcefulness


$30 - $50 an hour
