Overview

As a HR Project Manager, you will work closely with our Client Delivery team of HR and Creative experts, and COO to deliver highly technical and project-based support. This role will broadly support with all client support related needs, managing surveys, compensation and people analytics, administration of client related systems (project management, file sharing, CRM software, resourcing/workload management, learning platforms, and recruiting).


Impact
  • Provide ad-hoc compensation reports and assist with HR analytics, compiling data as required to support client projects.
  • Management of project and CRM data to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate for delivery teams.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to allocate the right resources for delivery, supporting efficient project execution.
  • Provide analytical and project support on surveys to support delivery and HR analytics, ensuring data is collected and processed accurately.
  • Provide administrative support and coordination for internal stakeholders to facilitate successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitate the transition of project handoffs from the sales team to the delivery team, ensuring all necessary information is accurately transferred.
  • Handle the copying and organization of notes from HubSpot into internal systems to ensure that delivery teams have accurate information.
  • Coordinate the project kickoff process, including creating action plans, assigning next steps, and tracking progress.
  • Maintain project tracking to ensure timelines, milestones, and resources are efficiently managed.
  • Regularly maintain data related to OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to support delivery progress.
  • Provide support for facilitation needs such as managing projects in Mural (visual collaboration tool) and ensuring meetings run smoothly.
  • Organize and maintain client files, ensuring the team has easy access to important documents and information.
  • Offer general support to the leadership and delivery team, helping to resolve operational issues and providing ad-hoc assistance as required.
  • Manage job postings for client roles, ensuring that positions are posted, tracked, and updated in a timely manner.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field​ required.
  • Proven experience (4-5+ years) in professional services or project management support, with a track record of successful project delivery and client project support.
  • Experience with HR analytics and compensation reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of survey and assessment management tools.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with team members, understanding importance of completing work on time and how your role impacts successful project outcomes.​
  • Excellent time management, organization, and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.​
  • Proven ability to work independently while checking for understanding. 


$75,000 - $90,000 a year
