About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Processor to join our team. In this fully remote role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our brokers and ensuring the smooth processing of loans from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier service, managing loan applications, and utilizing various loan processing systems to assist in achieving our clients' financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to brokers throughout the loan process
  • Manage and process loan applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate
  • Use servicing calculators and online application systems to support loan approvals
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and brokers
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company standards

Position Requirements

  • Proven experience in loan processing, servicing calculators, and online application systems
  • Experience with MyCRM or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
