Cash Application Representative

We are seeking an innovative, agile, and data-oriented Cash Application Representative who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced global company. Someone who is a Strong communicator, Problem Solver, Adaptable, and a team player. In this role, you will support Loadsmart’s Financial Resolution team with cash applications, invoicing customers, and other Accounts Receivable-related tasks. 


WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
  • Accurately and promptly post all incoming ACH, wire, and check payments to the appropriate accounts.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies found during cash-posting activities.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams (if necessary) on cash application and adjustments issues as needed.
  • Exercise excellent organization and communication skills to manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Research and post credit card chargebacksRefund credit card creditsAssist in month-end close activities
  • Understand AP/AR processes
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2 to 4 years relevant work experience in Cash Application position or environment
  • Experience working on an offshore shared service team
  • Knowledge of Netsuite and/or other accounting-based platforms
  • General Finance or Accounting background - high transactional environment
  • Fluent in English - verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  •  Able to work in a very fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
