The Talent Acquisition (TA) Technical Sourcer role supporting Lockheed Martin Space epitomizes this opportunity.Space is not a place to go, it’s a place to do - and at Lockheed Martin Space, we do difficult. We also like thinking beyond today and need our Talent Acquisition (TA) team to think the same. It IS rocket science! We take science fiction and make it science reality. Space TA sources and recruits our industrys top talent.Were looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer accomplished in full life cycle recruiting from exceptional sourcing and negotiating skills through expert client engagement and management. You need an understanding of what it means to be in a compliance-driven environment and how security clearances can affect the recruiting game.You will push the boundaries of space by pushing the boundaries of talent acquisition. Depth of understanding on how, when and why to execute in a high demand, technically dominant environment is a must, along with the professional business acumen to navigate a sophisticated and complex environment.This role is responsible for the following key deliverables:• Ensure a gold standard experience for candidates• Embrace cutting edge recruiting technology to source and attract top talent• Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies to deliver available, diverse, and qualified candidates• Proactively drive the hiring process with clients and provide regular feedback on the status of recruiting activity and any challenges faced• Communicate the availability of skill sets to clients and make recommendations on staffing plans to successfully fill staffing needs for program success• Build work networks, personal networks and social networking connections• Consult with leaders during intake meetings to attract the appropriate candidate pool• Partner with Workforce Strategy leaders and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to identify openings, meet metrics goals and drive process improvements to achieve overall business objectives• Create compelling job descriptions to attract desired candidate pool• Work with Coordinators on scheduling interviews, post-offer, and other administrative support• Manage time effectively, identify opportunities for improvement, lead projects, and foster change• Apply knowledge of TA and Business Area policies and procedures to effectively advise Hiring Leaders and HR on the staffing process and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce cycle time to meet staffing needs• Ensure applicant tracking compliance and required forms, Conflict of Interest documentation and approvals are uploaded into applicant tracking system• Coach management and HR when the appropriate actions are not taken through active consultation with the Hiring Leader to ensure compliance with Corporate Policy, local, and federal legislationWe care about our employees and offer a generous benefits package: 401K, PTO, work/life balance, and more.Basic Qualifications:- Significant experience with highly cleared national security sourcing- 8+ years of corporate recruiting experienceDesired Skills:- Experience sourcing and recruiting Cyber Security and Satellite Systems EngineersClearance Level: NoneOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $99,800 - $187,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.This position is incentive plan eligible.Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $86,700 - $166,300 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
