- Respond to shore site requests for technical assistance and identify assets from various Inventory accounts for installations in the correct configuration of materials to meet the project's install schedule.
- Analyze and develop data for sparing models for supportability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain Installation Checkout (INCO) spares lists and maintain records for replenishment of INCO requirements.
- Compile and maintain program support data, item unique identification tagging and database, transaction items reporting, design interface and system-related TDPs, research obsolescence issues and provide recommended solutions, which include parts forecasting, and national item identification number requests.
- Initiate and track Information Technology Procurement Requests (ITPRs) relating to ITS lab equipment from start to completion.
- Provide logistics support for shore site materiel requirements.
- Provide material support including procurement, preparation, testing, assembly, and packaging of items required to prototype, properly field new and/or development software and hardware applications and systems/subsystems and components.
- Procure equipment, parts, hardware, and/or software as necessary for installations, maintenance, production, and or development of systems and components.
- Prepare cost estimates for all procurements, shipping requests, and development of the requirements for military acquisition obsolescence.
- Shipping and receiving of equipment and materials being transferred to/from ships, shore sites, OEM facilities, Government locations, and other locations.
- Attend associated Hardware Coordination and Working Group/Focus Working Group meetings or other required planning, coordination, technical interchange, management meeting, or any other meeting that is required in support of task execution.
- Track from issuance through the resolution of any issue(s) identified during Hardware Coordination and Working Group/Focus Working Group meetings.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 10+ years experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proficient in Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with professional writing and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Cloud based inventory system.
