Position Summary
As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for keeping the Extended Warehouse Management system running at peak performance levels. You will manage inventory levels and variance. You will communicate and update product holds, returns, and special orders. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues with shippers, shipping clerks, and the transportation department.
- Ensure the accuracy of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) data in SAP
- Serve as key contact for EWM issues, inventory process changes, and uses
- Maintain inventory quantities and status in warehouse ASRS system
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly efficiencies, variances, and inventory holds
- Manage weekly and monthly cycle counts
- Support customer returns, donation orders, salvage orders, and other special orders
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1+ years’ clerical and/or production experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, military, or related environment.
