The Team and Role:
The Director of Investor Relations will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy to effectively communicate Logitech's financial performance, strategic direction, and investment value proposition to current and potential investors, analysts, and financial media. This role serves as the primary liaison between Logitech and the investment community, fostering strong relationships and ensuring transparency in communication.

Develop and implement a proactive investor relations strategy aligned with Logitech's overall business objectives and financial goals.
Communication and Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and financial media.
Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
Organize and lead investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and earnings calls.
Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations and communications materials that effectively convey the company's investment story.
Financial Reporting and Disclosure:
Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and distribute accurate and timely financial reports, press releases, and SEC filings.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and disclosure requirements.
Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to assess their potential impact on the company's valuation and investor perception.
Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on market sentiment, investor feedback, and competitive landscape.
Investor Targeting and Outreach:
Identify and target potential investors who align with Logitech's investment profile and long-term growth strategy.
Develop and execute outreach programs to expand Logitech's shareholder base and increase investor awareness.
Corporate Governance and ESG:
Advise senior management on corporate governance best practices and investor expectations regarding environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues.
Ensure the company's ESG initiatives are effectively communicated to investors and stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Proven years of relevant experience in investor relations, financial communications, equity research, and/or investment banking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex financial information to diverse audiences.
Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex investor relations challenges.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Additional Requirements:
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
