The Job Details The Demand Generation Manager (DGM) is accountable for development and execution of marketing campaigns and programs aimed at driving incremental demand for Logiwa products and services in the North American market. They will work collaboratively across the organization and realize outbound marketing campaigns that align with company goals and market opportunities and that result in the generation of marketing qualified leads sufficient to satisfy the marketing contribution to the sales pipeline. You'll need to deeply understand our customer profiles, personas, and buying process to develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies for all stages of the buying journey that includes top-of-funnel programs to driving awareness with customers, middle-of-funnel programs to tap into the interest of customers considering options, and bottom-funnel programs to generate qualified opportunities for our sales channels. The ideal candidate has proven experience in B2B multi-channel demand-oriented campaign creation and execution, demonstrates an understanding of best-practice digital marketing methods and channels, is versed in the use of CRM/MAP systems and other standard digital martech applications, and has experience planning and executing events both live and digital. Primary responsibilities include:
Driving incremental demand in the form of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for all of Logiwa's Sales Channels. Developing and executing outbound marketing campaigns that are aligned with strategic messaging themes, go-to-market initiatives, and marketplace opportunities. Plan and manage Logiwa's presence at all trade shows and digital events. Establishing a regular cadence of relevant outbound communications to all marketing leads in the database. Build out an automated lead nurture process and a lead scoring methodology. Build and expand digital channels and improve their effectiveness. Rigorously optimize through experimentation. Create A/B tests to iterate on ad creative, copy, landing page content, nurture flows, and so forth, to increase engagement across the buying journey. Establish a process for continuous database growth, appending, and hygiene. Optimizing the set up and utility of the Marketing Automation Platform and CRM database. Establishing a formal lead flow process and metrics across all stages of the marketing & sales funnel and implementing the process through our existing technology applications. Work with industry partners to plan and execute co-marketing programs. Work with trade associations to take advantage of all lead generation opportunities available through our memberships and sponsorships. Reporting on campaign and program goals, status, and results on a regular basis, ensuring results are tracked for all outbound activities. Managing against the outbound marketing budget for demand generation and reporting regularly on marketing spend and ROI. Supervising vendors and agencies as necessary. Assisting in the creation of sales enablement tools, templates, and collateral. You may be a good fit if you have:

years in B2B SaaS demand generation and/or growth marketing. Proven experience in and knowledge of modern B2B multi-channel marketing methodologies and best practices. Familiarity with CRM/MAP software and best practices in database marketing. Hubspot experience is a strong plus. Detail oriented with ability to develop, manage and execute high-performing marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills with an ability to compile and analyze campaign data to inform decisions, take measurable risks, and predict the outcomes. Ability to work collaboratively with a growing team of marketing professionals. Comfortable working with sales teams as a partner and peer. Strong communication, writing, and editorial skills. Experience working with technical product teams and solutions to amplify key content and features. Open-minded and able to synthesize multiple inputs; demonstrated analytical and value synthesis skills. Willing to go against the grain and challenge conventions. BA/BS in Marketing or related degree. MBA a plus.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
