Location
Even though our company operates exclusively on a remote basis, you are required to reside in Europe (continent) and have legal work eligibility within the country you will be based.

Are you a skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer who excels in Frontend development? If so, we want you to be a part of our dynamic Growth team!

You will collaborate with teams across Product, Design, Marketing, and Data to fuel innovation and drive growth. You Will
- Design, develop, test, and manage growth experiments across the application.
- Balance quality and speed of delivery to enable fast experimentation cycles.
- Work in a cross-functional team with a Product Manager, Designer, Data Scientist, and other engineers to identify opportunities, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Observe user behavior using analytics tools.
- Utilize A/B testing in experiments to identify the best ways to drive user engagement.
- Gain in-depth product knowledge and become familiar with the software localization process over the globe.
You Must Have
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience, within PHP, TypeScript, React, modern CSS, and Semantic HTML.
- Experience working with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, other), Redis.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a solid ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic remote startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns: code complexity management, design patterns, DDD, refactoring
- Proven experience in testing, including unit and integration.
- Proven experience with integrating and creating REST APIs.
It will be considered a significant advantage if you bring
- Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA4).
- Experience working with Symfony and Doctrine.
- Experience implementing E2E tests (Playwright).
- Previous experience in the Localisation industry.
