You'll play a crucial role in managing software distribution and providing top-notch technical support to our clients. Your days will be filled with exciting tasks including managing Microsoft Security upgrades and standard desktop software globally, creating tailored packages and collections for distribution, and troubleshooting any SCCM client errors that might crop up. As an integral part of our team, you will also have the responsibility of administering the back-end SCCM toolset, ensuring its smooth operation, and maintaining client health. We’re looking for someone with over five years of experience in SCCM and Microsoft Intune, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively and problem-solve efficiently. Beyond just the technical skills, we want someone who shares our values of integrity and excellence in customer service.
