We are looking for a detail-oriented Network Construction Project Manager to join our Engineering team! In this role, you will work closely with our network construction teams, infrastructure team, network design team, engineers, and operations teams to help us coordinate the build of our fiber optic network.

What You'll Be Doing- Working with Loop’s internal teams and our outside contractors to manage build out projects from start to finish
- Track project tasks and ensure they are completed on time, within budget
- Manage internal and external construction resources
- Identify local, state, and federal civil and safety requirements and ensure compliance
- Conduct periodic field inspections of work being completed to ensure compliance with regulations, and ensure that construction teams are completing projects according to plans and specifications
- Address issues when they arise with the field teams and complete root cause analysis and develop mitigation plans
- Work with engineering project management to develop and maintain passing forecasts
- Work with operations to coordinate hand off of network segments for sale after completion
- Ensure construction teams have adequate supplies and tools
- Develop and maintain documentation related to projects
- Review project SOWs and incoming invoices for accuracy
- Identify strategies to increase efficiency, and reduce time and cost of projects
- Develop and maintain repeatable processes and procedures for network construction projects
Education and Qualifications- Experience working in the telecommunications industry specifically with fiber optics highly desired
- Experience working on network construction projects highly desired
- Knowledge of project management principles and applying them in practice
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field desired
- Experience working with diverse teams in a fast paced environment
- Driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel within the company’s network footprint
- Knowledge of safety and civil regulations

- Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills

$60,000 - $80,000 a year
