Come join our dynamic team!What You Will LearnThe IT Manager will provide comprehensive support for L'Oréal Americas Operations' SAP ECC and APO applications, ensuring their smooth operation and contributing expertise to a global supply chain transformation project utilizing MSC and MSL solutions. In addition, they will champion user success through prompt issue resolution, proactive training, and continuous system improvement while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to support time-critical business processes.• Understand and address business requirements on a global Supply Planning project, linked to MSC (Manufacture Supply Chain) and MSL (Market Supply Logistic) L’Oreal Domains• Work together with a global team to resolve service requests from users as per SLA based on criticality.• Test enhancements, bug fixes, and system solutions• Develop job aids and procedures.• Continuous coaching and development of users• Manage multiple projects as assigned• Manage change management for end users in terms of training in ECC & SAP APO• Learn, deploy, and support new tools or solutions as needed for business• Understanding of the main tools, E2OPEN, ECC, APO, PI, and FLexNet, to correctly address business requirements and solutionsRequired QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For:• BA/BS degree• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience• Experience in IT or as a super user in a business area working on SAP ECC and SAP APO applications within the Supply Chain domain.• Knowledge of supply chain concepts as applicable in the supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution environment• Knowledge of APO modules - Supply Network Planning, Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling, ECC modules – Material Management, Production Planning• Experience in supporting business• Process flow knowledge as related to supply chain and planning functions.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently.• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
