We are looking for an experienced Loss Prevention & Site Security Specialist to join our team. The Loss Prevention Specialist (LPS) is a key position in SeneGence International (SGII). The Loss Prevention Specialist leads the effort to efficiently and effectively provide security services and asset (lives, buildings, equipment, inventory, data, & intellectual property) protection across multiple locations in Tulsa, OK and Sapulpa, OK that include a warehouse, office spaces, and hospitality locations. The Loss Prevention Specialist reports to the Loss Prevention Manager, and aids them in supporting the Operations team, Human Resources team, and other cross functional teams throughout SGII and the Kante Group.
POSITION SUMMARY:

Requires strong organizational and administrative skills, and experience with management and organization of multiple projects simultaneously with varying time sensitive completion dates.

Deliver results through policy Guidance, Education, and Mitigation strategies to help meet business demands.

Develop projects while continuously improving physical security, processes, standards, training, and policies for future growth.

Manage physical security systems and equipment such as video surveillance, intrusion systems, physical access control, and any other systems that may be installed at assigned locations.

Audit physical security systems and ensure functionality of all systems. Ensure timely coordination and completion of service repairs and preventive maintenance for all security equipment.

Work with integrators in the design and installation of physical security systems such as video surveillance, intrusion systems, physical access control, and any other security systems.

Compile data and analyze results of audits, inspections, daily logs, and incident reports to assess security vulnerabilities, measure program effectiveness, and identify the need for additional resources.

Coordinate or assist with investigations and critical event responses in coordination operations, human resources, or with law enforcement.

Apply a forward thinking strategic and operational mindset to mitigate safety, security, and loss prevention concerns.

Drives loss prevention financial results by evaluating programs and adapting them organizational needs.

Analyze data, conducts audits, and identify trends to create actionable plans to mitigate risk.

Develop and update the post orders and operational guidelines for all accounts, to include contingency/emergency plans in coordination with other departments.

Work with the EHS Manager in creating and executing emergency response procedures.

MINIMUM SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university in related fields (military, public safety, compliance, criminal justice, etc.) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

5+ years in law enforcement, physical security management, or loss prevention experience required.

Understands law enforcement methods, tactics, and procedures.

Knowledge, experience, and training in emergency preparedness & evacuation planning.

Possess objectiveness, discipline, and strong attention to detail.

Operational familiarity with Brivo, HIK Vision, DMP, Aviglio (preferred).

Travel, as required up to 10%, to support security and loss prevention activities at special events.

Demonstrated knowledge in planning security logistics for small/large scale special events (50-5000).

Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision.
-
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and visual.

Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience.

Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.

Must pass a background investigation for criminal, drug screening, employment, and personal reference verification.

Military applicants should provide the DD214 discharge certificate with discharge status.

Must be able to lift 51 lbs.
