Our product, a highly efficient and complex Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform is helping other scaling companies achieve their financial goals by quickly responding to dynamic factors in their respective markets including Tech, Retail, CPG & Financial Services.
In less than 5 years, Pigment has grown to over 300 employees across offices in New York, Toronto, London & Paris and attracted over $248M in investment from some of the top Venture Capital firms globally. Co-CEO, Romain Niccoli, best sums up our mission that Pigment is “On a clear path to drive innovation and change the status quo in an industry desperately in need of it. Pigment has never been more critical and relevant than it is today.”
Pigment is searching for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in building empathy for our customer’s challenges, defining Pigment’s value proposition within Supply Chain Planning and helping drive demand for our product.
The mission of our Product Marketing team is to be the voice of the market in the product, and the voice of the product in the market. As such, you will work closely with Product Strategy, Product Management, Solutions Consulting, Sales and Enablement to ensure we understand our customer’s key pain points and are able to articulate how Pigment addresses them. You will help us distill feedback into actionable insights which align our customers’ pain and our business strategy. And you will share this expertise with demand generation team members so that we can create awareness and demand for Pigment within Supply Chain Management.

- Share current and upcoming trends with GTM and product teams to inform our future positioning and product roadmap
- Facilitate alphas and betas for product testing, focusing on the validation of our value proposition and sharing prioritized feedback with product teams
- Own the process to prioritize Pigment-wide feedback (not just Supply Chain) we collect from various sources (CSMs, Support, Sales, Partners, etc.), support product decision-making, equip field teams on how to answer questions about it and close the loop with relevant parties as appropriate

- Work closely with demand generation teams (field marketing, content marketing, etc.) to create campaigns to drive demand for Pigment within the Supply Chain Planning space

- You have an analytical mind and are comfortable using numbers to tell a story, provide recommendations and show results
- You are able to create frameworks and processes so decisions can be made logically and the same rigor can be consistently applied to various decisions
- You enjoy thinking about the big picture and then getting your hands dirty to do the work
- You are able to engage with technical stakeholders and simplify terms for non-technical audiences too
- You have a native level of English proficiency and, while not a copywriter, are comfortable developing written communications for different audiences (internal and external)
