The Digital Marketing Coordinator plans and executes email marketing campaigns, working collaboratively with both internal and external partners. Monitors results and recommends changes for optimization.
1.Responsible for the execution of the e-mail marketing program. Includes actively planning, creating, and scheduling e-mail messages to guests while ensuring accuracy of all content and audiences.2. Coordinates with the creative team to request and schedule development of necessary creative assets and meeting all relevant deadlines.3. Partners with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to plan guest experiences for multiple e-mail campaigns, ensuring appropriate frequency across campaigns.4. Responsible for evaluating effectiveness of each e-mail campaign implemented and makes recommendations to optimize content, audience, or schedule.5. Responsible for the execution of digital display and re-targeting ads. Including working with multiple agency partners to effectively target ads to select audiences as well as monitoring and recommending changes based the ad effectiveness to those targets.6. Supports and monitors paid social marketing campaigns.7. Partners with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to guide audience targeting and implement messaging strategy for social marketing campaigns.8. Participates in search marketing (largely SEM) planning, evaluation, and continual improvement. Includes coordinating with agency partners to refine and implement search marketing programs, regular and frequent communication both internally and externally to react to changing circumstances and monitors performance to maximize the return.9. Performs other duties as assigned and needs.
• College degree and 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Email Service Provider (ESP) – prior experience with Responsys, Cheetah Mail/ Marigold, Constant Contact, MailChimp, or a similar system.• Some previous technical experience specifically in HTML and CSS.• Detail oriented - able to provide structure in fluid environments, ensure flawless execution, and keep multiple balls in the air at the same time.• Change agent - not only reacts well to change but helps to lead, actively participate in, and communicate change.• Excellent communication skills.• Guest focused - always able to think from a guest's perspective and represent their needs internally and in all marketing communications.• Collaborative work style - works well with others, builds consensus, likes to have fun.
