We run nearly $3B of retail sales per year through the LTK platform and the LikeToKnow.it (LTK) consumer app has more than 1.5M monthly active consumers connecting directly with our network of influencers. We are expanding rapidly and have tremendous growth ahead. Job Purpose LTK (formerly Like.to.Know.it and RewardStyle) is looking for a best-in-class Social Media Producer to help us reimagine our strategy and create original content for consumer-focused social channels for our fashion, beauty and home-obsessed shoppers. (Check out @Shop.LTK, @LTK.Home, @LTK.Family on Instagram and @Shop.LTK on TikTok). The person in this role must be passionate about creator commerce and have demonstrated experience growing and launching organic social channels to drive revenue and create buzz. You must be nimble and eager to scale the LTK brand in a complex and evolving environment and excited to concept and produce social-first campaigns and respond in real time to cultural moments. You are a self-starter, creative thinker, and are always up-to-date on the latest trends. This role reports to our Sr. Social Media Manager.
Responsibilities:
Create and schedule original video and static content for Instagram, Meta (Facebook), TikTok and YouTube platforms. Ideate on innovative and engaging content ideas in daily pitch sessions in order to create daily content that scratches a cultural itch, boosts engagement, and makes LTK part of the cultural conversation. Design assets / write copy for real-time social content as needed. (Graphic design background and social-first portfolio strongly preferred.) Organize and manage multiple sources of content from creators, creative agency partners and brand partners. Provide actionable analysis and insights to shape content strategy and tap into what interests our shoppers most. Assist in development of campaign benchmarks and KPIs. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company. Plan, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and projects. Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications. Must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and have the ability to develop tasks and work assignments based on sometimes vaguely defined objectives. Qualifications:
Proven track record in creating assets for paid and organic social campaigns that led to measurable business impacts. (Digital portfolio of social media copywriting and creative design assets required.) Videography skills with a focus on socially-native content Full editing capabilities including sound transitions, filters and graphics Proficiency in copywriting such as caption writing and hashtag strategy adhering to best practices. Expert level knowledge of organic social channel functions, including platforms, community management, measurement and attribution tools. Passion for pop culture, current events and trends in home, fashion and beauty required - including general awareness of what's trending on each platform. Passion for quantitative and qualitative data; focused on innovation and challenging the status quo. 3-5 years social media planning experience as social media manager or producer. Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Self-starter with focused work ethic and strong organization skills Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience Demonstrated presentation and writing skills Experience or familiarity using social media scheduling and community management tools such as:
