The Benefits Manager at Lucid will be responsible for overseeing Lucid’s US benefits programs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail, dedicated to meeting business needs.

Highly knowledgeable in all aspects of employee benefits programs
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication and relationship skills
Ability to present information to leadership
Strong project management and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Develop and administer employee benefits package
Manage day-to-day benefits administration
Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors
Design and execute employee communications relating to benefits
Monitor compliance with laws and regulations

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
