Group Manager, Exteriors, Exterior Systems

Lucid Motors is seeking a Supply Chain Group Manager with a focus on Exterior Systems to lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, drive strategic sourcing initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Skills

Team leadership and mentoring
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for exterior systems
Experience in product launches from design to production
Expertise in quality principles and product development processes
Analytical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving
Supplier relationship management and dispute resolution
Communication and program management
Proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP systems
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals
Drive strategic sourcing initiatives for exterior systems
Oversee supplier relationship management and performance
Ensure alignment between supply chain strategies and organizational goals
Manage budget and cost reduction efforts for assigned commodities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes
Implement risk management strategies for the supply chain
Drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
