Lucid Motors is looking for a Senior Powertrain Strategic Planning Specialist to drive comprehensive planning alignment and optimization within the Powertrain division.

Responsibilities

Own and drive planning alignment/optimization around resource deployment in the Powertrain operation
Design/build relevant KPI tracking dashboards and support operational efficiency goals
Manage powertrain resource tracking and forecasting tools
Collaborate closely with various teams including powertrain data, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance

Education

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience
Master's degree with 6 years of experience
PhD with 3 years of experience
