Staff Global Supply Manager, Interiors

Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Global Supply Manager to support Interiors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Engineering in the automotive industry.

Skills

Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Experience in automotive interior trims and related technologies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP
Product launch experience and knowledge of quality principles

Responsibilities

Manage all company business with a group of suppliers
Identify, develop, and manage the global Supply Chain
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development phases
Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
Release parts into production and manage supplier development timelines

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA or Masters a plus)
