What You’ll Do

We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Specialist to join our creative force. Your job? Design scroll-stopping, conversion-driving visuals that fuel our growth across multiple platforms. From Instagram stories to landing pages, YouTube ads to email campaigns—you’ll make Lucida AI shine everywhere.

You will:

  • Design high-performing creatives for paid campaigns, app stores, social, and email
  • Work closely with marketing, performance, and product teams to turn insights into visuals
  • Conceptualize and produce rapid A/B creative variations and experiment-driven assets
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system for growth-oriented visuals
  • Own the brand expression across performance and communication channels
  • Stay ahead of trends in visual culture, marketing design, and mobile-first formats

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in marketing, growth, or performance design—bonus if in a startup or mobile app context
  • A portfolio showcasing smart, impactful visuals designed for performance (social ads, motion graphics, landing pages, etc.)
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalents
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, attention psychology, and conversion-first design principles
  • A/B testing mindset and willingness to iterate fast and frequently
  • Bonus: motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
