Job Description

LucidLink is looking for a Growth creative designer to join our design team and help us create well-designed and hugely impactful marketing journeys across all media touchpoints focusing on digital campaigns.

In this role, you will envision, create, and iterate on the visual design found across our marketing channels and website to ensure it aligns with and promotes our brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy. This position is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to apply your design skills to the world of business software. You’ll have the chance to learn and advance professionally by working with best-of-breed sales and marketing technologies, enhancing our worldwide brand.

You must have demonstrated experience in designing for digital platforms, customer journey marketing, web design, and corporate branding.

This role is a remote position available to candidates anywhere in England.

Your skills and qualifications

  • Data-driven design thinking and approach

  • Professional design experience in agencies or corporate marketing teams 

  • Exceptional design skills, an eye for detail, and a clean aesthetic

  • Excellent visual storytelling and web design skills

  • Ability to convey design ideas via sketches and storyboards and prove them through user testing

  • Experience designing for a business audience with proven results (B2B)

  • Experience working with Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar creative applications

  • Awareness of UI/UX principles

Bonus points for

  • Experience with cloud-based or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions

  • Experience designing email marketing campaigns

  • Experience creating motion graphics and video content

Your responsibilities

  • Design simple, elegant, data-driven social advertising, email campaigns, sales enablement materials, multimedia content for social, landing pages, web pages, and large integrated campaigns.

  • Create responsive templates for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.

  • Design and implement website layouts in alignment with the brand values and target audience.

  • Create a visual story in unique and innovative ways

  • Gain an understanding of the company’s business goals, and work with the Marketing and Sales teams to address them

  • Help maintain visual and brand consistency between all products and media touchpoints

Show what you know

  • Applicants are required to show an online portfolio highlighting examples of digital-first design projects

  • Selected applicants will be required to present their approach to solving a hypothetical design challenge

The salary range provided for this position is an estimated guideline from Pave data. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, variable pay, and employee benefits. We consider a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, training, and skill sets; market conditions; and internal equity. Compensation ranges may also vary based on location.
