Senior Consultant (MedTech) - Europe/East Coast (US)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex consultancy programs, overseeing the end-to-end design, build, and execution of deliverables that meet overall project goals and objectives.
• Serve as a key point of contact for our client’s Consulting Services in MedTech-facing projects and clients.
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to Consultants and Analysts, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.
• Spearhead primary and secondary research initiatives, ensuring high-quality outputs that address client requirements and research questions.
• Drive the development of innovative solution concepts for products, apps, and services in the MedTech and digital health space.
• Contribute significantly to defining business and solution strategies for clients.
• Lead and facilitate interactive workshops and collaborative activities, both internally and with clients.
• Stay abreast of market trends and developments in digital healthcare and life sciences, incorporating insights into project work and team knowledge base.
• Enhance and optimize research processes, tools, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of deliverables.
• Manage client relationships, including leading client calls, managing email communications, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Medical Devices or MedTech, with a focus on Commercial, Product Development, Business Development, or R&D
• Relevant Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• Proven track record in healthcare industry consulting, particularly in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, payers, or health systems, with a strong link to digital and technology experience
• Demonstrated expertise in business model design and healthcare system dynamics
• Strong product management and commercialization skills
• Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent professional communication skills, including written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation expertise
• Extensive experience in creating and facilitating interactive workshops
• Advanced research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information from various sources
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
