The Technology team is the backbone that develops Lumivero's product vision for our customers by working closely with the product team. Working across a diverse technology landscape, from desktop to SaaS applications, the team employs a rigorous methodology and adheres to industry best practices. By creating first-rate products, the team pioneers an innovative field, continually integrating cutting-edge technologies to ensure high quality standards.

Leads large projects or multiple small projects. Acts as a technical mentor and advisor. Specializes deeply in certain areas and is recognized as an expert.

Strong understanding of the NVivo application and the supporting cloud infrastructure. A key team member who provides support for complex and severe production issues. Steps in to assist other team members in solving complex problems. Drives the team forward in defining objectives and contributes significantly to designs and discussions. Mentoring other members on development best practices. Proficient in all the technologies used across the NVivo suite.

*This is a fixed-term job of 5 months.

• Leads complex feature development, drives architectural decisions, influences technical strategy, and mentors team members on design and implementation.
• Masters software troubleshooting, leads in resolving high-impact issues and establishes best practices in tracking and debugging.
• Sets the standard for code quality, leads in the adoption of best practices across teams, and ensures comprehensive documentation and process adherence.
• Actively mentors and guides less experienced engineers, playing a key role in their professional growth.
• Takes on leadership in specific technical domains, contributing to architectural discussions and decision-making.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• At least 8 years of experience in software development 
• Expert in system design 
• Experienced in leading Agile projects 
• Skilled in advanced architectural principles. 
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and programming languages: Objective-C, Swift, C++, SQL Anywhere 

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Advanced project management
• Expertise in Jira and Scrum.
