LSSI is hiring a PI CCM On Call Crisis Counselor.
Shifts:
Monday through Sunday 8AM-8:30PM (12.5 hours), number of shifts vary weekly
Monday through Sunday 8PM-8:30AM (12.5 hours), number of shifts vary weekly
Project IMPACT is a behavioral health crisis program that runs 24/7 in alignment with hospital emergency departments across Chicago and Oak Park, Illinois. Project IMPACT is comprised of crisis teams that engage in a multidisciplinary setting to prioritize patient well-being and assist with the coordination of a safe/appropriate plan of care. Project IMPACT crisis teams conduct onsite and phone intakes for the purpose of triage, evaluation, crisis intervention, disposition, admission, and linkage to resources. Project IMPACT Crisis Counselors complete comprehensive assessments with patients in crisis who may benefit from linkage to various substance use, mental health, and behavioral health services up to and including inpatient hospitalization. Crisis Counselors operate in a dynamic environment with a wide array of patient presentations across the behavioral health spectrum.
