Job Description

MAKE UP FOR EVER is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern in our New York City Office to join our dynamic team. Reporting into the Manager, Human Resources, this fantastic opportunity give hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative environment. The HR Intern will provide support across various HR functions, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and assist with the onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the administration of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on HR-related topics.
  • Assist with facilities-related tasks, such as coordinating office maintenance, pantry fulfillment handling vendor relationships, and ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.
  • Content management for employee engagement events and newsletter communications
  • Maintenance of MUFE NA SharePoint publication
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be conversational in French.

    MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of experience, performance, and tenure. The bottom third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees developing in their role. The middle third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are strong performers. The upper third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are consistently high performers. While the published salary is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range.
