Community Relations Manager

Position Overview

The Community Relations Manager at Lynx Therapeutics will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with community stakeholders, healthcare providers, and local organizations. This position is responsible for developing and executing community engagement initiatives that promote health awareness, education, and access to our services within the local population.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote Lynx Therapeutics' mission and services.
Collaborate with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders to raise awareness of health issues and promote wellness initiatives.
Plan and coordinate community events, health fairs, and educational workshops to foster community relationships and brand visibility.
Gather feedback from community stakeholders to inform program development and service enhancements.
Manage communication and outreach efforts through social media, newsletters, and community presentations.
Assess community needs and identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations in all community initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community relations, public relations, or health education.
Strong understanding of community health issues and experience working with diverse populations.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for community engagement.
Proven ability to build relationships and networks within the healthcare community.
Experience in event planning and project management.
