About the Role
Lyra is seeking an Operations Manager to support Lyra’s Workforce Transformation programs. This person will develop new and optimize existing systems and processes that enhance the efficiency of delivering our organizational wellbeing services and ensure our programs meet OKRs and maintain high standards for effectiveness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management, project management, quality improvement, process standardization, and scaling of learning programs.
Responsibilities:- Design new and optimize existing operational processes for timely and accurate service delivery
- Optimize and oversee data management processes, ensuring accurate and timely collection, storage, and reporting of program metrics
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and performance
- Optimize and uphold standard processes for project planning and management across the team, ensuring tracking of milestones, timelines, and responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and build new operational processes, reduce friction, and ensure enablement of products and services in alignment with Workforce Transformation policies
- Ensure compliance with contracting, accounting, and legal processes, including contract workflows, invoicing, and revenue tracking systems
- Conduct ongoing resource management for Workforce Transformation programs, including building data driven forecasts needed for budgeting and workload allocation purposes
- Troubleshoot problems related to aforementioned processes and systems, independently and efficiently
- Drive continuous process improvement/efficiencies for the Workforce Transformation team
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience with operations management for Fortune 500 companies or large corporate training/organizational development groups; Experience with L&D related to wellness, mental health, or health care a plus
- Highly organized, detail oriented, self-starter
- Able to balance multiple priorities and lead efficiently in ambiguous situations
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross functional teams
- Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets/Tableau)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Asana, and Confluence platforms
$95,000 - $146,000 a year
As a full-time Operations Manager, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000-146,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
