About the Role
The Lyra Finance Team is looking for an experienced finance manager to join our growing team. The position will be responsible for building strong finance partnerships with the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization and leadership team.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Go-To-Market organization encompassing Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success departments
- Own the financial reporting cycle for the Go-To-Market function, including monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes. Provide management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting and scenario analysis
- Analyze the cost structure and help drive more efficient and effective spend in conjunction with Go-To-Market leadership and Sales Operations partners
- Drive improvements to reporting and analytics for Marketing & Sales spend and help the leadership team adopt key metrics to analyze performance
- Analyze customer acquisitions costs and return on investment across GTM departments
Other projects include:
- Commissions / Variable Comp and other sales compensation related analysis
- LTV / CAC analysis
- International business development efforts
- Corporate initiatives and reporting
Qualifications- 8+ years experience in a corporate finance or finance business partner function
- Experience supporting GTM organizations in a Finance or Sales Operations capacity preferred
- Ability to work independently to evaluate and solve complex problems and understand the strategic implications of business decisions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to establish strong rapport and partnerships at all levels of the organization
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Adaptive Planning and Salesforce preferred.
$119,000 - $183,000 a year
Pay and Benefits
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Senior Finance Manager position is $119,000 - $183,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
At Lyra, base salary is only one aspect of an employee’s total compensation package, which additionally may include discretionary restricted stock unit awards, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, and retirement benefits. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
