About the Role

Lyra Health is looking for a senior manager to join our growing Finance team.This role reports to the Director, FP&A and will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis andgeneral financial support. Assist with management of corporate expenses, including headcount planning and cash forecasting. Works closely with the Accounting team to ensure alignment of cost categorization, reporting and to  provide information to help ensure the complete and accurate reporting of financial results.


Responsibilities
  • Support the company’s annual budgeting process and lead financial reviews with cost center owners to develop annual plans and subsequent forecast updates
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions within the organization. Serve as a key point of contact for finance guidance to support budget management and decision-making processes
  • Manage preparation of quarter-end close package and variance analysis, identifying key focus areas for management. Assist with scenario planning and data reporting
  • Responsible for budgeted spend tracking, monthly close activities, and headcount management. Design and implement control processes to manage spending and headcount within plan
  • Liaise with the Accounting team and cross-functional business partners to ensure correct accounting treatment of transactional activities
  • Provide analytical support and recommendation regarding the development and improvement of planning systems. Manage day-to-day system support to FP&A team as an Adaptive administrator
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve, standardize and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processes
  • Assist in preparing the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and management financial presentations to “tell the story” behind the numbers
  • Review systems and workstreams to recommend opportunities to improve the team's ability to review various financial metrics including revenue, COR, margins and operating expenses
  • Manage and track business deliverables for budgeting, forecasting and reporting for Lyra’s international subsidiaries/entities
  • Challenge status quo to help build a scalable FP&A function.


Qualifications
  • 7+ years total Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or related experience
  • FP&A and Financial Reporting experience at a public company preferred
  • Proven ability to evaluate and solve complex problems and understand the strategic implications of business decisions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to establish strong rapport and partnerships  at all levels of the organization
  • Managerial experience
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights a plus


$134,000 - $205,000 a year
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time Sr. Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis position is $134,000 - $205,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
