Job Description: Lyric is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of large data capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of initiatives aimed at leveraging big data to enhance our products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for large data capabilities, aligning with overall company objectives and priorities.

2. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and user needs related to large data technologies.

4. Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, define requirements, and manage the backlog effectively.

5. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to identify valuable insights and opportunities for leveraging data to drive product innovation.

6. Define key performance metrics and track the success of implemented initiatives, iterating based on feedback and data analysis.

7. Act as a subject matter expert on large data technologies, staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in the field.

8. Communicate product updates, progress, and insights to stakeholders across the organization, including executives, engineering teams, and business units.

9. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the product team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.

2. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on building large data capabilities.

3. Deep understanding of big data technologies, including data storage, processing, analytics, and visualization.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.

5. Experience working in agile development environments, with proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

7. Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
