Business Development Executive - AI & Tech Solutions

As a Sales Executive at Lyrise, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by engaging with prospective clients and helping them understand the value of our AI talent solutions. Your role will involve building strong relationships, identifying customer needs, and developing tailored strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through various outreach methods, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their AI talent needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Present Lyrise's offerings effectively and persuasively to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with us.
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Lyrise.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales within the AI and technology sectors.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or AI sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
