Human Resource Strategy Lead

M9 Solutions is seeking a Human Resource Strategy Lead to work remotely on a government contract for a client located in Arlington, VA. Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust level clearance. US Citizenship is required.

Skills

Experience with executive presence and presentation.
Experience with writing, editing, formatting, conducting analysis and critical thinking.
Experience with organization, project management, and quality reviews.

Responsibilities

Support the client's customer by developing a new strategy and process for an awards program.
Prepare executive briefings and presentations.
Update policy and program documentation.
Develop standard operating procedures and project plans.
Lead change management and strategic communications activities.
Develop detailed recommendations based on thorough analysis and manage project plans.

Education

Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
