Senior Financial Reporting Accountant
Maddox is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to manage and improve financial reporting and compliance within the company.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills

- Knowledge of GAAP standards

- ERP software proficiency
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting package
- Oversee consolidated financial statements
- Ensure compliance with financial statement close deadlines
- Perform variance analysis and explain significant account variances
- Assist in recording journal entries and account reconciliations
- Reconcile intercompany accounts
- Research accounting guidance and document positions
- Support auditors during the audit process
- Prepare debt covenant calculations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Master's degree preferred
- CPA preferred
