Director, Demand Planning

Maesa is a leading beauty incubator seeking a Director of Demand Planning to manage forecasting activities for multiple brands. This role involves overseeing a team and driving strategic planning processes.

Skills

Expert knowledge of forecasting and S&OP
Proficient in data analysis using Excel and Power BI
Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead demand consensus process with internal stakeholders
Manage monthly S&OP process in partnership with Supply planning lead
Ownership of demand planning building blocks and analyze statistical models
Conduct routine analysis of shipments vs consumption
Partner with Finance & Sales on NPD forecasts
Motivate and coach the demand planning team
Champion improvement of demand plan models in Anaplan

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Supply Chain or Finance
